Campingground Reservation
Dear Metalheads,
also this year you can use our unique festivalservice and reserve a camping space for your group. Camping will be for free (as every year), you only have to pay the parking fee!
To make travelling more comfortable , we hold free space if you are a group of more than 50 persons.
This is how it will work 2005:
Group size: at least 50 Personen
Registration: 13.04.2005 - 31.05.2005
To apply please use the online formula!
Important: Registration is only possible, if all persons have a valid ticket!
(that means: without a valid ticket, no entrance to the festival site!!)
Attention:
The 3 largest groups will be awarded and get a huge surprise for the whole club!
What we need from you:
- Name, adress, telefon number, fax and e-mail of the contact person
- a group name
- number of persons
- ticketnumber of your contact person
- number of tents (please differ in small tents up to 3 persons and bigger tents from 4 persons)
- number of vehicles
(please differ in normal cars, caravans and motorcycles!)
After the deadline of the registration, the contact person will get a writing with a reservationnumber (the place where your camp is situated can than be seen on an online map with this registration number on our homepage). Those will be given to the members of the group by the contact person on self depent. With this writing you´ll get your parking ticket. If you´ll duplicate those writings it´s to your own disadvantage, because only the number of tickets will be available as vehicles are applied.
As last year the parking fee will be 20 ? per vehicle . The parking tickets for the reserved camping place can be bought on Wednesday, the 03.08.2005 at the press Check-In at the "Sparmarkt Jensen" from 08:00 am to 6:00 pm.
After the 31.05.2005 there´ll be definitely no more chance to reserve.
As last year the reserved camps will be on Ground L (last year this place was named D+L).
Arrival is possible from wednesday the 03.08.2005 at 08:00 am- your places can only be guaranteed till wednesday 03.08.2005 / 8 pm.
In this period at least a part of the group has to arrive. Our experienced showed that there´s no other organisational possibility to keep the place free. Arrival before the 03.08.2005 at the reserved grounds is NOT possible. If someone should try it and camp on the ground earlier, these persons will be expeled from the festival site without an exeption!!!
Hereby we are reliant on your cooperation to avoidance a chaos.
Through these arrangements we hope that the whole thing will work without bigger problems this year.
