The legendary Bay Area Thrash Metal heroes TESTAMENT have posted a new song, entitled More Than Meets The Eye, taken from their forthcoming album The Formation Of Damnation on their MySpace page. 07.03.2008: ARSIS – Trailer flipped over/Jeopardizes rest of headlining tour!
ARSIS are stuck during their US tour Calling in from a frozen tundra somewhere in Iowa, ARSIS frontman/guitarist Jim Malone provides this update: Everyone’s fine. Hard to believe this happened during the day, but the road is solid ice. The trailer flipped, broke loose of the hitch, and is now stuck in a snow bank. Better the trailer and not us. We’re waiting to get it towed, since it’s unusable. It’s lodged in ice and we can’t get to our gear, but we’re sure it’s all smashed. We need to assess the situation and see how much of our gear still works before we can say anything about finishing out the rest of the tour. We can’t afford to buy a new trailer at this point. Again, we apologize to our fans. We’ll have an update soon.
Adds bassist Noah Martin: We’re going to try to find a room up the highway in the next small town. Hopefully we won’t have to fight off inbred zombie cannibals… like we need that right now. We are all suuuper pissed that this has happened just as we were getting back on this tour. This sucks a lot of dinosaur dick – and that’s a LOT of meat!

As previously announced the unique musical project “She” by Caamora has its official premiere on the 10th March in Europe and 13th May in USA (via MVD). The musical landscape of 'She' is wide and varied: from the close, intimate sounds of voice and piano, through to the exhilaration and power of orchestra and choir, the music is intense and colorful. Clive Nolan: "For me the blending of orchestra and rock band was one of the biggest challenges. I did not want these to be two separate entities stuck together (as is often the case with 'band and orchestra' albums), but one enormous blended sound." Stylistically, "She" has elements of heavy rock, and moments of pure opera - sometimes simple, sometimes complex, this is a rock opera that will stand the test of time. Agnieszka Swita: "Whatever your musical taste, 'She' has something there for you, and every time you listen you will find a new perspective."

German math/grind/breakcore band TIME HAS COMEhas inked a deal with Regain Records. The group's new album, "White Fuzz", was recorded by Christoph Stepan at Little Big Ears Studio(Hamburg) and is scheduled for release on May/June 2008.
"This is not another gothenburg ripoff, not another trendy emometalband, no lame youth crew nike-nerds, no dull hatebreed-wannabees, this is something unorthodox unique with a love for DESTRUCTION!"
Definition: Call it Hardcore, Grind, Techmetal, Noise, Mathcore, call it whatever you want. TIME HAS COME combine raging, soul-searing vocals, pile-driving riffs, unrelenting mathematical drum fury, high-end dissonance with the brute force of hardcore and the musicianship of a metalhead to an over the top wrecking ball, making even the most cynical of hard music veterans go cry to their mommies!
After a band existence of about four years THC can look back on +60 inland and abroad shows, on sold-out cds or even on in a blink of an eye gone merchandise. Time Has Come first output, a SplitCD with Dead For Seven Weeks, received overwhelming reviews for their tracks on the cd. In 2007 they released a 4-track ep on the infamous tape-label Yehonala Records. Their first full length record will be out in 2008, expect the unexpected.
Since TIME HAS COME's very start their destructive and tight liveshow has always been a trademark and kept crowds all over europe speechless. They shared stages with bands like Heaven Shall Burn, The Cursed, Walls Of Jericho, Deadlock, Hatesphere and toured with their brothers in mind and War From A Harlots Mouth and brazil's no.1 metalcore-export Confronto.
Fast forward almost complete 2007. A few members have left the ranks. There have been peaks and valleys, crosses to bear, and good times had by all. 27.02.2008: DESOLATE WAYS - "Drowned in Tears" video available
The doom metal band DESOLATE WAYS posted online their second video clip, made for " Drowned in Tears" , song taken from their second effort, " Tearful" , which was released in 2007 by Erpland Records. The band worked again with Giselle Jacques, known South-American director which won several awards like " 12º Gramado Cinevídeo" and " 8º Prêmio IECINE" .
Actually they are working on the pre-production of the third album, which will be recorded in Nitro Sound Solutions, with the production of Roger Fingle, vocalist and multi-instrumentist of the bands Blood Tears and Seduced by Suicide.

The arrangement of the Newcomer Stage 2008 (www.newcomer-stage.de) is constantly in process. Tons of band applications have arrived during the last months. And like it was last year there are quite some unpolished diamonds among them. Its going to be as hard to make a choice as it was last time. The final competition will again be in the party tent. A renowned jury consisting of media people and record company representatives will join you making a difficult decision of who will be the one to open up the SUMMER BREEZE on one of the big stages the day after.
