June 19, 2009, Pavel Chernobaj, the guitarist of Russian modern metal band, found sanctuary in sleep. His heart stopped. Pavel was just 26.
He was one of the founders of the band, with the band he recorded 3 albums, composed many songs and played many concerts.

CASUS BELLI MUSICA presents NORD'N'COMMANDER "Akkortheon"! Musical-poetical wanderings in the streamway of Equinoctial Lava. A creative experience in outspreading this stream up to the bounds of the boundless Universe.
The official release date: the 15th of February, 2009.
For the first time the third person has broken through into the NORD'N'COMMANDER creativity in the album called "Akkortheon" (2005). This third person is Accordion. Just the name of this musical instrument is played up in a mystic spirit in the appellation of the material. Almost all arrangement is based on accordion riffs and solos which are dashed with declamation, a drum computer and sometimes a sampled choir.
The participants of NORD'N'COMMANDER themselves call the style of the album "quasi funeral doom". Nevertheless guardians of "funeral purity" should not get disappointed. Lack of "guitarism" does not disturb but, on the contrary, peaks sombre, "enshrouding" colour. With what does this album enshroud us? With clouds, fogs and primarily with lava.
"There are empyreumatic graves inside volcanos. I am gazing into them and picture to myself my nature without flaws. Creatures from Beyond live here. But I try to dissolve myself in lava. And lava is rolling away from me again. It seems that I'm desolating myself. Maybe this process is my mask, maybe the mask is me. There is empyreumatic graves inside volcanos. Waiting for a next Stream of lava... I'll sink into it and I'll live for ever".
The above is an interlinear translation of the Russian-language text out of the album. This lava is not only a material substance but something more subtile, something combined of ancient memory and anticipation of this memory in aftertime. Just a flavour of lava can be revealed in accordion sound and vocal - melodics of language multiplied by melody of notes. Voices of Equinox... The glow of dying embers... Membranes of leathern wings... Generally speaking we are initiated into a plot. Taste it!

KHALLICE is one of the most important progressive metal names in Brazil. The debut LP “The Journey” was released by Hellion Records in the beginning of 2004 and re-released worldwide by Magna Carta in 2006. At the end of January 2008 the band won a contest announced by DREAM THEATER to support one of their shows during Brazilian tour, which took place in March 2008 in Rio de Janeiro. Specially for this show KHALLICE released EP “Inside Your Head” with 5 songs from the upcoming 2nd album.

Petri Lindroos is not able to perform at our shows in Russia due to
serious illness. We all hope for speedy recovery for him in coming
weeks. Cancellation was not an option to us because we dont want to
let you guys down and possible new dates would have been far in
future. Luckily we were able to get ex-member Jukka-Pekka Miettinen to
play guitar for these shows and vocals will be growled by Sami Hinkka.

For the release of their new album "Tinnitus Sanctus" (out on November 14th) Edguy will embark on a radio and signing session tour in Germany. On November, 7th they were already in Munich at Radio Rockantenne to play 6 songs live in the studio. Originally meant to be just a little accoustic show, the band asked to play fully amplified all amps on ten in front of 30 winners of a competition in the conference room of the radio station. The show will be broadcast Tuesday, November 11th on Rockantenne.
